By accessing or using the ShaBanq Fleet Logistics platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service may collect, display, and process fleet information, vehicle details, tracking data, and GPS location data you submit or that is generated through the platform. You grant ShaBanq Fleet Logistics a limited license to use this data to provide, operate, and improve the Service, including displaying live tracking information to authorized parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any fleet or location data submitted to the Service.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of loads, bookings, vehicle, and payment information they submit. Load owners, drivers, and fleet operators must honor confirmed bookings, handle cargo lawfully, and deliver shipments in a timely manner. Users must maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate in their jurisdiction.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent load or vehicle information; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods; (f) circumvent platform payment or escrow systems; or (g) scrape, copy, or resell platform data without authorization.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including payment providers (such as Paynow), authentication providers (such as Google), mapping and tracking services, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice. ShaBanq Fleet Logistics is not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ShaBanq Fleet Logistics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it within the Service.

ShaBanq Fleet Logistics provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of cargo, revenue, or profits. ShaBanq is not a carrier and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of drivers, fleet operators, or load owners.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, repeated cancellations, or disputes. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
